Hosts: Manfred and Carol
Check In: 4 PM. Check Out: 11 AM. (except by alternate arrangement)
Smoking: Not permitted in the house.
Pets: Not permitted
Reservations: Credit card
Cancellation: No fee if cancelled more than 21 days prior to reservation. If less than 21 days, 25% of reservation is charged.
Payment: 50% deposit required at time of booking, balance plus applicable taxes due on day of check-in.
